Orders must be placed before 1.30pm for same day delivery for local and UK addresses (excludes funeral tributes unless by prior arrangement) Orders from our Passion flower designs range are only available for local delivery areas listed within about us section of our website.
We do not deliver on Sundays or bank holidays unless by prior arrangement.
All deliverys will be delivered during our shop opening hours between 0900-1700 monday-saturday, unless by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee times for deliveries except for funeral tributes and wedding flower orders unless by prior arrangement with our staff.
In the event of us not being able to deliver the goods because the recipient is not at home the goods will be either left with a neighbour or redelivered at a later time. A delivery card will be left at the recipients address informing them the status of the delivery.
The seasonal availability of certain flowers may vary from those shown in the picture. Our florists will endeavour to substitute flowers as close to the content as possible therefore maintaining the overall look and value.
